Public data use NO LONGER REQUIRES AN APPLICATION.

The individual, household, and community data and questionnaires are now available to download directly from the HSE or CPC Dataverse hosted by the Odum Institute. The data files distributed are in Stata and SPSS with English variable labels. The data have been reorganized and improved. Please go here for Russian language files.
