Abstract

This article presents the results of a study of modern Ukrainian labor immigration in seven countries of the European Union and Russia conducted by Caritas Ukraine in cooperation with the Division of Ethno-Social Research of the Institute of Ethnology, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The author of the publication viewsUkrainian labor immigration in these countries as one social process existing in the context of the migration currents of globalized society. Attention is focused on the problem of identity changes caused by the dynamics of this process and on the integration models of Ukrainians into the societies of recipient countries.
