Abstract
In this article the author analyzes data compiled by the Russian Longitudinal Monitoring Survey (RMLS) from 1995 up to 2007 re continuing professional education through its revenue, career growth, & contentment situations at work presenting various professional social groups. The author also looks at the conclusions drawn re the stability of the functionality of continuing professional education structures through the duration of the decade against connections of effectiveness within developing further or additional profession education & training. From this standpoint & within the framework of this study the author considers the following factors in its study: the interrelationships of average monthly wages & the furthering or re-education of different groups; the confidence or certainty of one's position in the market distinguishing between those who did & did not further their education; those in professional groupings who did & did not further their education; & the factors which show contentment of the work situation as related among professional groups, all taken from research compiled from the aforementioned survey, among other findings by the author, & analyzed herein.
